I noticed that I feel very tired and exhausted the whole day. I don't know what excatly I have but I think my Iron and maybe Vitamin D is too low. I noticed that there is a lot more going on in the Supplement World, so I thought I could make a list for you.

I bought most of my supplements on amazon but I also got some from germany because there are a few very good companies. And if you travel I can recommend a supplement box for you.

BUT, please be aware that I'm no doctor or nutritionist or something, so It's just some Information the Internet and some Books gave me.

Important Notes

Overdosing on supplements can lead to health risks such as nausea, diarrhea, or long-term damage like kidney problems. Always take supplements based on your specific needs or after consulting a healthcare professional.

ALSO VERY IMPORTANT TO DRINK ENOUGH WATER

Water is also very important for you health, if you're feeling exhausted it could also be the lack of hydration!!

I hope you liked it, it's important that when you try taking supplements you be consistent with it, if not it will not help you. It can take a 3-4 weeks till you will notice a change!!
